Beer Cocktails
I was in Singapore a couple of weeks back and stumbled upon Muddy Murphy's...an Irish Pub, it said. So walked down to the open air section which looked like an Irish Pub anyway (not that I've ever seen a pub in Ireland).
Green and Wood being the predominant colors with an odd assortment of signs and posters which (again) looked Irish. What caught my eye was "Will's Gold Flake", never thought I'd come across one of those signs.
Anyway, what I want to write about Muddy Murphy's is that they have a good collection of food and beer. I also came across a section of their menu called "Beer Cocktails". What they do is mix a few of their draughts together and serve it as a cocktail...and they do have a decent collection of draughts - Guiness, Kilkenny Irish Ale, Old Speckled Hen and some Stringbow Cider along with the ever present Heineken and of course not to miss Tiger Beer.
With a training program to be delivered the next day, I didn't dare try out any of them. Will definitely do next time.

PS: Muddy Murphy's is on Orchard Road in the Orchard Hotel Shopping Complex. Has three different theme bars (all Irish).
